Master habits are the Generals in your army of happiness that keep the rest of your habits in line.
Less is more with master habits. If you can nail these habits, all else follows without as much effort.
This is one of the few examples where a top-down approach is superior to a bottom up approach. Rid yourself of every little detail and complete these regularly, the rest fall into place.
